Why resell MaCaisse
A point-of-sale system is not sold once and forgotten. The merchant needs someone nearby to set the menu up, connect the printer, train the staff and answer the phone on a Saturday night. That work is local by nature, and it is the part we do not do ourselves outside Morocco.
MaCaisse runs on tablets the merchant may already own, works offline when the connection drops, and is sold as an annual subscription per shop. There is no licence to negotiate per site, no proprietary hardware to import, and no per-transaction fee.
How the commercial model works
You do not earn a one-off commission — you buy at a reseller price and sell at your own. The difference is yours, and it comes back at every renewal, not just at the first sale.
| Your cost price | Set with you when you join: one price for a shop's first tablet, one for each additional tablet on that shop. It does not change without notice. |
|---|---|
| Your selling price | You set it yourself, per client, in your reseller area. You know what your market bears; we do not set your prices. |
| Your margin | The difference between the two, on the first subscription and on every renewal for as long as the merchant stays. Your reseller area shows it per client and in total. |
| Who invoices whom | Sagatec invoices you at your cost price. You invoice your client. Your client never sees our pricing. |
| Adding tablets | A merchant who adds a tablet mid-year is charged pro rata to the end of the running year, at your price. Same margin, same mechanism. |
Your reseller area
From the day you join you get an account on macaisse.net with your own dashboard: create a client and their shops, set their price, activate their tablets, follow renewals and see what each client has earned you. It is the same tool we use ourselves.
What we provide
- Training. Remote sessions on the software, on setting up a shop, and on the installation cases you will actually meet — restaurant with a kitchen printer, retail with barcodes, salon with per-stylist commission.
- Second-line support. You handle your client; we handle you. Anything you cannot resolve — a synchronisation problem, a suspected bug, an unusual configuration — comes straight to our team, in French or in English.
- A demonstration account. A live shop with a realistic catalogue you can show in any browser, on your own laptop, in front of a prospect — no installation, no setup.
- Hardware guidance. The tablets, printers and barcode scanners we have tested, what works and what does not, so you do not lose a client to a printer that will not pair.
- Your territory. The scope of your market is agreed in writing when you join.
- Commercial material in your language, and the product interface itself in French, English, Spanish, Italian, Turkish and Arabic.
What we expect from you
- A registered company in your country, able to invoice its own clients and to sign a reseller agreement.
- On-site capability. Someone who can go to the merchant, install the tablet, connect the printer and train the staff. This is the heart of the job.
- First-line support. Your client calls you, not us. You answer in their language and at their hours.
- Knowledge of the trade. Existing experience with retail or hospitality merchants — cash registers, weighing scales, IT services, shopfitting — counts for far more than size.
